This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the Contemnor submitted that the compliance affidavit has been filed pursuant to order passed by this Court.

On perusal of the compliance affidavit, it appears that the representation of the petitioner pursuant to the direction of this Court vide order dated 02.08.2022 has been considered and disposed of vide Order No.7926/CT&GST, dated 10.05.2023 of the Commissioner of CT & GST, Odisha, Cuttack.

Considering such facts, the contempt proceeding is dropped. In the event, the Petitioner feels aggrieved by order dated
