The petitioner has filed this writ petition assailing the order of assessment dated 05.07.2022 under Annexure-3 and further seeks direction to opposite party no.3 to give opportunity of hearing to him to represent in the proceeding.
Mr. Sunil Mishra, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Revenue Department states that the order passed by the authority is appealable one.
In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority by preferring appropriate application in accordance with law.
