Heard Mr. S.P. Das, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. A.N. Pattanaik, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Innocuous prayer is made by learned counsel for the petitioner for disposal of representation under Annexure-3 series, by which the petitioner has prayed before the authority for refund of Security Deposit, IST, withheld GST amount and withheld amount for the works mentioned therein.

This Court is not inclined to entertain such innocuous prayer and direct the authorities to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, since this will not suffice to resolve the claim of the petitioner.

In view of such, this writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority in terms of the agreement/ DTCN, which is applicable to him.
