State of Odisha & Others, (in W.P.(C) No.12049 of 2013, disposed of on 19.07.2023). Therefore, direction may be issued to the authority to consider the case of the Petitioner in the light of the aforesaid order.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 19.07.2023 passed in M/s. Sun Moon Mobiles (supra).
