The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order dated 19.08.2023 passed by the Additional State Tax Officer, CT & GST Circle, Bhadrak, opposite party no.2 under Annexure-1. 4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has already filed his show-cause reply pursuant to the show-cause notice issued in Form DRC-01 dated 11.05.2023 vide Reference No.ZD210523004420B, before the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-3 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel appearing for the Revenue has no objection.
As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on
the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the show-cause reply filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-3 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
