The writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:- “xxx xxx

ii) Issue Rule NISI calling upon the Opp.Parties as to why a direction not to be issued to the opposite party no.2 to supply the details of amount paid to0 be petitioner during the F.Y.2019-20 with all details i.e. amount, TDS, invoice number etc. for which the petitioner will correctly comply the GST law. iii) If the Opp.Party fails to show cause or show insufficient cause makes rules absolute. iv) To hold the action of the opposite party no.2 is illegal and against the Goods and Service Tax Act and Rule enacted by the legislature.”
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting its grievance, the Petitioner has made representation to Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-1 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time.
Considering the submission and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-1, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
