This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. S.K. Acharya, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. Sunil Mishra, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Department.

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for release the refund of money for the period 01.04.2007 to 31.03.2012 along with statutory interest under Section 59 of the OVAT Act from the Opposite Parties.

4.

It is stated that the Opposite Parties have already complied with the same in meantime. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

5.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
