Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

Mr. Chittaranjan Das, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner brings notice of this Court to the fact that GST Council is floating an amnesty scheme, which is awaiting for notification and, as such, the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition in order to avail the remedy pursuant to the notification to be issued by the GST Council.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. However, the Petitioner is permitted to pursue its remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
