The Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party to release the entitled dues towards GST to the Petitioner as under Annexure-3 within a stipulated time.

After advancing some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the Petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
