Ms. Kajal Sahoo, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, has contended that in view of the Amnesty Scheme vide Notification dated 2nd November, 2023 floated by the authority, the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to move the appropriate forum as per the said Scheme.

Granting such liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
