Heard Mr. P.K. Harichandan, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. Sunil Mishra, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the CT & GST Department.

Since the order impugned is appealable-one, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue its remedy before the appropriate forum raising the same questions as have been raised in the present writ petition.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. The original copy of the Annexure-1 be returned to the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner by substituting a photocopy thereof for the record purpose.
