This application has been filed by the Chief Commissioner of CT & GST, Cuttack-Opposite party No.1 in the writ petition for recalling of the order dated 11.01.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.42443 of 2023. 3. Ms. Z.M. Wallace, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the writ petition contended that the petitioner in the writ petition has already been filed W.P.(C) No.5465 of 2024 disclosing all the facts involved in the present writ petition and the same has already been disposed of vide order dated 13.03.2024. 4. In view of the above order dated 13.03.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.5465 of 2024, since the order dated 11.01.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.42443 of 2023 has become redundant, this Court is not inclined to modify the said order.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.
