Mr. S.S. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner stated that this matter is covered by the judgment of this Court in M/s. Shree Bharat Motors Ltd & another Vs. the Sales Tax Officer, Bhubaneswar-I Circle, Bhubaneswar and others, 2023 SCC OnLine Ori 1045: (2023) 115 GSTR 163. Therefore, it is contended that this matter is covered by the said judgment, which is not disputed by Mr. Sunil Mishra, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the CT & GST Department-Opposite Parties.
In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment of this Court in M/s. Shree Bharat Motors Ltd & another Vs. the Sales Tax Officer, Bhubaneswar-I Circle, Bhubaneswar and others, 2023 SCC OnLine Ori 1045: (2023) 115 GSTR 163. Laxmikant
