Heard Ms. Kananbala Roy Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Diganata Dash, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the CT and GST Department- Opposite Parties.

After advancing some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner contended that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievances.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty as aforesaid.
