Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 23.02.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 35679 of 2022 (M/s. Odisha Engineering Works, Berhampur v. Commissioner of CT & GST, Cuttack and Ors.), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order.
