Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners stated that in the meantime, the authority has issued direction to the petitioners to pay the royalty, which has not been formed part of the record. Therefore, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with better particulars, so that the appropriate order can be passed.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty as aforesaid.
