Learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that the issue involved in this writ petition has already been decided in an analogous matter, i.e. WP(C) No. 26091 of 2022 (M/s. Sahoo Brothers v. The Deputy Commissioner of State Tax and others) decided on 22.02.2024 and this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said order, to which learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Opposite Parties raised no objection.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 22.02.2024 passed in WP(C) No. 26091 of 2022. Priyajit
