Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the letter dated 12.03.2024 issued by opposite party no.1 under Annexure-9. 4. Mr. Sunil Mishra, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Revenue produces the letter dated 21.03.2024, wherein it has been specifically stated that the business premises of the taxpayer firm M/s Kanak Alankar, GSTIN-21AAFFK2174G1ZQ, Dwibedi Complex, Jweller Lane, Rourkela, which had been sealed on 12.03.2024 by the office of the Dy. Commissioner of CT & GST, Enforcement Unit, Rourkela has been unsealed on 21.03.2024 in presence of the Executive Magistrate. The said letter be kept on record.

In such view of the matter, the relief sought by the petitioner in the present writ petition has already been granted by the authority.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
