Mr. N. Sarkar, learned counsel for the Petitioners contended that the Petitioners have filed this writ petition against the order of assessment. Now, he wants to approach the appellate authority by preferring an appeal, to which Mr. S. Mishra, learned Standing Counsel for CT and GST has no objection.

In view of the above, this Court disposes of the writ petition granting liberty to the Petitioners to pursue its remedy by preferring an appeal before the appropriate forum.
