ORDER 15.04.2024 Order No.
This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.
Mr. C.S. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks some time to engage another counsel on behalf of the petitioners, since he has been empanelled as Senior Standing Counsel for Revenue.
As it appears, Mr. Mishra was empanelled as Senior Standing Counsel for Revenue in the year 2016 and this matter was filed in the year 2013 and today (15.04.2024), when the matter is listed, he is asking for time to engage another counsel on behalf of the petitioners. Further, against the interim order, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.
Consequentially, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed.
