Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer: “Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is, therefore, the petitioner most humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to: (i) setting aside the bank attachment order dated 28.03.2024 issued by the opposite party No.2 at Annexure-1; (ii) pass an writ order directing the opposite party No.2 to pass fresh order by affording effective opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. (iii) pass order issue direction to the opposite parties to provide certified copies of SCN / Order as requested;

In course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has already made representation before the Opposite Party No.3 vide Annexure-2, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the Opposite Parties has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.3 to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 and pass appropriate order as early as possible within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
