Heard Mr. S. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. T.K. Satapathy, learned Senior Standing Counsel along with Mr. A. Kedia, learned Junior Standing Counsel appearing for the Revenue.

After advancing some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty as aforesaid.
