Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In compliance of the order dated 09.01.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 275 of 2024, Mrs. K.R. Choudhury, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that a substantial amount was paid by the petitioner prior to the order passed by this Court and, thereafter also certain amount has been paid by the petitioner, as would be evident from the documents, which have been annexed as Annexure-5 series to the writ petition. Therefore, direction may be given to the authority to accept the same and issue discharge certificate in favour of the petitioner in accordance with law.
Since the amount is question has already been paid by the petitioner, even later to the order passed by this Court, the same be accepted by the authority and due discharge certificate be issued in favour of the petitioner, as the petitioner has complied with the order dated 09.01.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 275 of 2024. 5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
