Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer: “Under The Above Circumstances, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to admit this petition, call for and peruse the relevant records and after hearing the petitioner's counsel, be further pleased to,

(i) Direct the Opp. Party No 1 to dispose of the representation dated 03.10.2023 filed in Annexure-

1 by the petitioner as per the provisions of law. (ii) Issue any appropriate writ (s) / direction (s) / order (s) deemed fit in the fact and circumstances of the case.

And for which act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.”

In course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has already made representation before the Opposite Party No.1 vide Annexure-1, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned Standing Counsel for the Revenue have no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.1 to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-1 and pass appropriate order as early as possible within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
