Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by detention of his vehicle along with the loaded goods bearing Registration No.OD21E4925 on allegation of violation of statutory norms of GST.
Mr. Mishra, learned Standing Counsel submits that he had obtained instructions that in the meanwhile, a final order has been passed on 29.05.2024 by the juri ictional Assistant Commissioner of State Tax C.T. & G.S.T Enforcement, Cuttack. The copy of the said final order is also provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner. WP(C) No.13841 of 2024
In such view of the matter, the petitioner having come to this Court at the stage of pre-notice, no further cause of action survives in the writ petition in its present form.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall move the appropriate authority under the statute for redressal of his grievances.
This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
