Mr. J. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that challenging the notice of show cause, the Petitioner approached this Court. But during pendency of the writ petition, the said notice of show cause has been withdrawn by the Authority, which has been filed by way of an affidavit. Therefore, no cause of action survives in the present writ petition.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of.
