It stated that the issue involved in this OTAPL is analogous to OTAPL No. 19 of 2018 (Commissioner, Central Excise, Customs and Service Tax v. M/s. Jindal Stainless Ltd. and another), which has been disposed of by this Court, vide order dated 21.08.2019. 4. Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 21.08.2019 passed by this Court in OTAPL No. 19 of 2018 (Commissioner, Central Excise, Customs and Service Tax v. M/s. Jindal Stainless Ltd. and another), this OTAPL stands disposed of in terms of the said order.
