Mr. Agrawal, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and refers to our order dated 17th September, 2024. He submits, good copy of the writ petition was given to Mr. Roy Choudhury, learned advocate, Senior Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of revenue. Order No. 02. // 2 //
Mr. Roy Choudhury submits, he cannot improve on the omission in impugned order in original dated 20th May, 2024 regarding petitioner’s reply, received by the authority on 26th March, 2021. 3. We reproduce below paragraph-1 from our order dated 17th September, 2024. “1. Mr. Acharya, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client has challenged order in original dated 20th May, 2024. Not only does it pertain to long gone financial year 2015-16, presumably thereby it was made without considering his client’s reply received by the authority on 26th March, 2021. He has other points but we interrupt.”
Impugned order in original dated 20th May, 2024 is set aside and quashed. Petitioner will forthwith communicate website copy of this order to the authority, for expeditious adjudication.
The writ petition is disposed of.
