Mr. Sahoo, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and files memo of date. He submits, there are omissions in the writ petition filed. His client wants to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Mr. Kedia, learned advocate, Junior Standing Counsel appears on behalf of revenue.
