01.1.

Mrs. Sahoo, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, impugned is notice by form GST DRC -01 dated 26th November, 2024 in respect of financial year 2020-21. By it there has been demand made of ₹35,99,303/-. She demonstrates from disclosure in the petition, ₹35,87,858 was paid on 18th January, 2022, formally accepted by letter dated 18th September, 2024. Then a notice, followed by the demand. Now

date has been fixed for personal hearing. She submits further, the difference of ₹11,000/- was also paid.

Mr. Kedia, learned advocate, Junior Standing Counsel appears on behalf of revenue and submits, there be direction upon petitioner for filing reply to the notice.

Petitioner has three weeks to reply to impugned notice. Certified copy of this order and the reply be submitted to the authority on or prior to 7th February, 2025. Upon considering the reply submitted, revenue will proceed to adjudicate on granting personal hearing or otherwise dispose of the matter. In event reply is not submitted, impugned demand will stand restored and a fresh date of personal hearing then be notified to petitioner.

With above directions, writ petition is disposed of.
