The writ petitions appearing tagged together under heading ‘To Be Mentioned’ have been listed on detection of typographical error in orders dated 20th January, 2025 made respectively therein.

Miss Tripathy, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and hands up copies of order dated 20th January, 2025 made in WPC no.1886 of 2025. She has indicated passage in paragraph-1 as

should be deleted from said order and pasted in order of same date made in WPC no.1888 of 2025. 3. Mr. Mishra and Mr. Kedia, learned advocates respectively Standing and Junior Standing Counsel, appear for State and Central Revenue.

Let fresh orders, both dated 20th January, 2025 in WPC nos. 1886 and 1888 both of 2025 be drawn up and placed for signature carrying the order number of the erroneous orders. The corrected orders, after signature be placed in the file, uploaded in the website and the erroneous orders deleted. We make it clear this order will carry successive order number.
