Mr. Mishra, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of revenue and without giving opportunity to Mr. Das, learned advocate appearing for petitioner to move the petition, hands up sanction order dated 1st March, 2025 in respect of grant of refund amounting to ₹53,90,258. It is the exact same amount stated in the prayer for refund.

Petitioner has obtained the relief. It must also be said that the department has acted since, the refund order was issued without interference of Court.
