The instant Interlocutory Application is at the behest of the applicant-petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 7th March, 2025, which contains a ministerial error, not affecting the tenet of the order.

According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the name of the petitioner reflected in the said order has been wrongly typed as M/s. Shree Siridisai Global Logistics Pvt. Ltd., BBSR instead of Nandita Rout.

On perusal of the cause title of the writ petition, we find that the said writ petition was filed by Nandita Rout and not by M/s.

Shree Siridisai Global Logistics Pvt. Ltd., BBSR. The mistake is ministerial in nature and a party should not suffer for the mistake committed by the Court.

The I.A. is, thus, allowed.

The order dated 7th March, 2025 be corrected by substituting the name of Nandita Rout in place of M/s. Shree Siridisai Global Logistics Pvt. Ltd., BBSR.

Let this order be read conjointly with the order dated 7th March, 2025. Certified copy if already supplied to the parties be corrected accordingly.
