Text of it is reproduced below. “In the aforesaid case the petitioner prays before this Hon’ble Court to permit him to withdraw as not press, as the petitioner wants to avail the Amnesty Scheme.” Similar memo dated 13th March, 2025 also stands filed. Order No. 01. 2. Mr. Das, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel appears on behalf of revenue.
