Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that in these writ petitions challenge is laid to common order dated 06.03.2025 passed by the Commissioner (Appeal), GST, Central Excise and Customs, Bhubaneswar. Since the aforesaid order dated 06.03.2025 is akin to order dated 24.02.2025 passed by the said authority, was subject-matter of writ petition being W.P.(C) No.9943 of 2025, has been set aside on the ground of non-speaking order and there has been failure to adhere to principles of natural justice, these writ petitions are disposed of in the same terms as directed in the W.P.(C) No.9943 of 2025, which is disposed of today (05.05.2025).
