Heard Sri Puneet Bhadauria, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 3. 2. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the District Magistrate, Etawah, dated 23.6.2025, by which the representation of the petitioner against the financial irregularities of Gram Pradhan, Village Bidhupura, Block Barhpura, District Etawah has been rejected.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had raised specific allegation against the Gram Pradhan of misappropriating the Gaon Sabha fund in the development works carried out during his tenure, but the allegations of the petitioner has not been considered.

I have perused the order of the District Magistrate concerned dated 23.6.2025 and the other materials available on record. The District Magistrate concerned after giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner has sought for a enquiry report, which has been considered by him in the order dated 23.6.2025. Specific finding has been recorded for satisfactory completion of the work and the anomalies pointed out in respect of non-payment of GST and other taxes have been explained by the Gram Pradhan and the firm, which has executed the work. I find no justification for multiple enquiries on the same allegation.

This writ petition is misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
