Learned senior counsel representing the Petitioner, after arguing for some time and upon realizing that a statutory appeal is maintainable against the Impugned Orders dated 23.03.2026 and 26.03.2026, prays for permission to withdraw the present Petitions in order to avail alternative remedy of appeal.

Learned counsel representing the Respondent has no objection to the prayer made. Hence, the present Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail the alternative remedy in accordance with law.

Needless to observe that, if so advised, the Petitioner may file an application under Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963 seeking exclusion of the time spent before this Court, in pursuing the present Petitions, while computing the period of limitation for the purpose of filing the statutory appeal.

With the aforesaid observations, both the Petitions are disposed of.
