Through the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner calls in question the correctness of the impugned Order dated 02nd May, 2023, by which the Petitioner's GST Registration was cancelled with retrospective effect from 01st July, 2017. 2. It is submitted that a demand has also been raised against the Petitioner, against which statutory Appeals have already been preferred and are stated to be pending.

The Petitioner has also filed Applications seeking revocation of the cancellation of the GST Registration.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent submits that the aforesaid Applications for revocation of cancellation of GST Registration shall be decided within a period of four weeks.
