Learned counsel for the parties states that the inter se disputes have been amicably resolved under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The terms of the settlement have been successfully reduced into writing vide the Settlement Agreement dated 29.06.2026. The terms of settlement are enumerated in paras 1 to para 6 of the Settlement Agreement dated 29.06.2026. 3. The Settlement Agreement is taken on record alongwith all its annexures.

It is stated that in compliance of the terms of settlement, the respondent have already handed over the possession of the subject suit property to the petitioners, in acknowledgment whereof the petitioners have furnished a letter confirming handing over.

It is also stated that in terms of Clause (a) of para 1 of the Settlement Agreement, a cumulative sum of Rs.30,09,00,000/- comprising Rs.25,50,00,000/- towards net due payment and an additional sum of This is a digitally signed order. The respondent shall file an affidavit of compliance with regard to the aforesaid payment within one week of the same having been tendered to the petitioners. An advance copy thereof shall also be furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Though the present petition has been instituted under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, however, having regard to the fact that the disputes have been resolved and the settlement has been arrived at between both the parties, it is also agreed by both the parties that the present order be construed as a decree within the meaning of Section 2(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 8. Let a decree sheet be drawn up in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 29.06.2026. 9. The petition is disposed of in the above terms along with all the pending applications.
