Through the present writ petition, the petitioner calls in question the correctness of the order dated 27.05.2026, whereby the petitioner's GST registration has been cancelled. The petitioner has already filed an application for revocation of the cancellation of his GST registration on 03.06.2026, as provided under Section 30 of the CGST Act, 2017. 2. Keeping in view the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to decide the petitioner's application for revocation of the cancellation of his GST registration, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from today.
