By way of the present Petition, the Petitioner herein seeks quashing of the Order dated 08th August, 2023, whereby his Goods and Services Tax (GST) Registration came to be cancelled on account of non-filing of returns.
In Prayer clause (iii) of the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction to the Respondent to decide his Application for revocation of the cancellation of the GST Registration.
Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent submits that the Petitioner's Application for revocation of cancellation of GST Registration shall be decided within a period of two weeks from today.
