The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking quashing of the Show Cause Notice dated 15th April, 2026, issued to the Petitioner's Firm proposing cancellation of its Goods and Services Tax (GST) Registration.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent submits that, during the pendency of the present proceedings, the Petitioner's GST Registration has been cancelled vide Order-in- Original dated 04th August, 2026. A copy of the said Order has been handed over to the Court during the course of hearing.

In view of the aforesaid development, the challenge to the Show Cause Notice no longer survives. It shall, however, be open to the Petitioner, if so advised, to avail the appropriate statutory remedy against the Order-in-Original dated 04th August, 2026, in accordance This is a digitally signed order.
