The present writ petitions were originally filed seeking quashing of This is a digitally signed order. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 11/08/2026 at 11:55:08 the impugned Exit/Termination notices dated 17th June, 2026 issued by the respondent no.1/IRCTC and all consequential actions arising from the said notices.

In the order passed by this Court on 20th July, 2026, it was noted that the petitioner does not wish to contest the present writ petitions. It was submitted on behalf of the petitioner that instead of the respondent no.1/IRCTC returning the proportionate amount of license fee paid by the petitioner along with GST, the same may be adjusted against other contracts of the petitioner with IRCTC.

In these circumstances, counsel for the respondent no.1/IRCTC were asked to take instructions.

Mr. Jagjit Singh, senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the amount of refund due to the petitioner in the contracts, which are subject matter of the present writ petitions, be adjusted against the license fee payable by the petitioner in terms of Letter of Award for ‘Food Plaza at Anand Vihar Railway Station’.

A copy of the said Letter of Award has been handed over to the counsel for the respondent no.1/IRCTC in Court.

In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case, IRCTC is directed to calculate the amount of refund due to the petitioner in respect of the subject contracts and adjust the same against the license fee due and payable by the petitioner in respect of the aforesaid Letter of Award regarding ‘Food Plaza at Anand Vihar Railway Station’.

The said adjustment shall be made within four (4) weeks from today.

Insofar as the GST component of the license fee being adjusted, petitioner and the respondent no.1/IRCTC shall cooperate with each other so This is a digitally signed order.
