There is a dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent No. 3, both of whom are Directors of Respondent No. 2-Company. Through the present petition, the Petitioner had sought permission to update the registered mobile number and e-mail ID on the Goods and Services Tax (GST) portal and, thereafter, to file the requisite returns.

During the course of hearing, the Petitioner and Respondent No. 3 have filed a Joint Affidavit setting out the terms on which they have agreed to resolve their dispute.

The aforesaid Joint Affidavit is taken on record.

Learned Counsel appearing for the official Respondent has no objection to the present petition being disposed of in terms of the This is a digitally signed order.
