This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers :- “A. issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ, order or direction to respondent to process and decide petitioner's application for M.Pharm courses (Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy Pharmaceutics) for academic session 2026-27 interms of final order dated 25.03.2026 passed by this Hon'ble Court in WP (C) No. 3817/2026; and/or B. issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ, order or direction to respondent to refund the processing fee of Rs. 9,44,000/- (Rs. Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the respondent, states that the list of course-wise faculty details for M. Pharm course may be provided.

It is, therefore, directed that the petitioners will give the course-wise details of the faculty for M. Pharm course by 04:30 PM today and the application of the petitioners will be decided by 02:30 PM tomorrow.

With these directions, the petition is disposed of, and in case the same is not done, the respondent will be liable for appropriate action.
