“1. Issue notice to the respondents.

Ms. Urvi Mohan, learned counsel for the respondents waives notice.

The notice calls having regard to the statement made on instructions by the counsel for the petitioner, that the petitioner is willing to pay the entire dues with penalty, if any, the period for which there is a failure on the part of the petitioner to file return.

4.

Let the response be submitted by the respondents to deal with the aforesaid issue.

5.

Re-notify on 02.04.2026.”

In view of the aforesaid development, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner-Firm shall file the requisite returns and thereafter seek appropriate relief in respect of the retrospective cancellation of its GST Registration. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent has no objection to the same.
