Counsel for the respondent/NDMC submits that an office order dated 23rd February, 2026 has been issued by the NDMC in terms of which licenses/registrations under the FSSAI Act, 2006 shall be deemed to be licenses under Sections 318, 325, 330, and 331 of the NDMC Act, 1994. Further, GST registration shall be deemed to be a license issued under Sections 318, 327, and 332 of the NDMC Act, 1994. 4. Accordingly, as on date, the petitioner is not required to obtain a Health Trade License from the NDMC.
