The writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble court may be -pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or Direction declaration that: a. the Surnmary of the Show Cause Notice in Form GST'DRC-01, dated 31.01.2024 issucd by the I't Respondent; b. the Order u/s 73 of the Central Goods and Servioes l'ax Act. 201 7 (dated 20.04.2024). along with the Sunrrnary of the Order in Fonn GST DRC-07 (dated 05.05.2024) and its anaclrment (Order-in- Original No.3112024-25 (GST), dated 20.04.2024. vide DIN No.20240456YO0000777AFC) passed by the l" Respondenr; and c. tlre order dated 08.10.2025. passed by the 2"d Respondent, r,ide order Reference No.2D3610250060631, rejecting the appcal filed by the Petitioner; for the tax period 2018-19, as arbitrary, bad and non-est in law, contrary to the provision of the GST Act, rvithout juri iction, vague and rvithout any valid reasons; and to pass such other order or orders as tlris Hon'ble Court may deems fitjust and proper in the circuntstances of tlre case."
