When the ma'tter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits tLrat the present writ petition is squarely covered by the Order dated 22"{}4"2A26 passerJ 'ny the Division Bench of this Court in W.P. No. 12635 of 2026 ancl hence simiiar order may be passed in this writ petition also. 4. l,earned Deputy Solicitor General does not dispute the submission n:acle l;y the ieamed counsel for the petitioner. 5" l'his Courl" by Order dated 22.04.2026, allowed the writ petition No. i26-15 r:i'2f126.
