conclude the said investigation within a period of four weeks (or any reasonable time
period) and proceed in accordance with law. b)declare the action of the '1st and 2nd
Flespondents in insisting on the personal appearance of the Chief Operating Officer
c,f the Petitioner Company pursuant to summons bearing CBIC-DlN-
2026O1DS54OOOO51O35B daled 27-01-2026, despite the Petitioner Company
through its several employees have appeared and provided the written statement for
all the issues raised by Respondent 1 and 2, as arbitrary, unreasonable and contrary
t: the instructions issued by the 3rd Respondent. C)and consequently directing the
1st and 2nd Respondents not to take any coercive action, including arrest, detention
or penal measures, against the Petitioner Company or its Directors and Officers

s,trictly in accordance with law and after due adjudicatory process.
